哥頓（香港）設計工程有限公司為香港註冊，並獲中國國家建設部頒發《資質證書》之專業裝修集團公司，資質證書號為建建港資宇笫98002號，註冊地區為北京市、上海市及天津市，致力於中國市埸之酒店商場、綜合大樓等裝飾業務。1983年開始進人中中國埸，從事國內大型及重點工程的承造。
公司總部設在香港，指揮及管理全公司的運作，直接聯繫國外建築師、投資商及向外國廠家採購材料，支援中國各地分部。
集團在中國設有三個分部，北京分部主管北京區域及華北地區工程，上海分部主管上海區域及華中地區工程，廣州分部主管廣州區域及華南地區工程
每個分部有職員40人左右，分成設計、估算、施工、傢俱廠、業務及行政部份，為客方提供一系列與裝修有關的服務。分部寫字樓約150平方米左右，有效地管理當地的工程，分部傢俱廠約2000平方米左右，可以生產傢俱及預製裝修項目，縮短工地生產的時間。
